Freedom Come Movement

My journey started in 2011 when I was diagnosed with Trigeminal neuralgia. This is a condition that attack nerves in the face. It started off slowly and I had trouble falling. The pain would come and go at first. Sometimes, I would wake up in pain. It centers in the forehead, the nose, ears and lower part of the mouth where you eat. My doctor would ask me from one to ten, what was the pain level and I would say a ten. The pain was excruciating. The doctors told me I only had two and a half years to live. I had given up because I believed the doctor. During this time, I was also on morphine for the pain. My problem was not the disease but it will cause my blood pressure to go dangerously high. I was not able to eat because of how much pain I was in. Doctor Williams said to me, “Mrs. Haynes I can help you.” He prescribed me some medicine and I started to see improvement in my condition. Things was starting to turn around for me. I was able to eat again and the pain was gone. My strength came back and I only stayed in the hospital for three days.

I also went to prayer services. One night, the Holy Spirit told me to go and get prayed for. I asked the lady to pray for me. She then gave me prophetic word. She said that my illness was for a testimony on how God had heal me. This encouraged me greatly and marching on since. I love the journey God has sent me on. Like the Bible said, “some illness not, unto to death but to God’s glory.”
