We hear about all these things happening in the prison system. How this Country has targeted the Black Males for free labor by  tricking them with laws of inclusion but in realty exclusion. Well lets just look at what going on, these Black Males are in jail. They have them  warehoused in prison at a large price to Taxpayers. That why it is so important for Parolees to have Housing, Jobs, and Support groups to help them.
